Postage
Rentals are shipped 2-5 days before your event via overnight courier. Please note that once the rental has been posted, it is at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable for the garment.
There is additional charges for rural postage, but please be aware that posting to a rural address is at your own risk. Rural deliveries typically take 1-2 days to arrive, and your order will not be posted to you early. For added security to ensure your rental arrives in time, we recommend having your dress sent to a non-rural address of a friend or family member.
If the garment does not arrive in time for your event due to a postal delay, store credit minus the postage costs will be offered. We can also offer a date exchange (rebooking for a different date). To receive this store credit, the rental must be posted back within 2 days of receiving it.
Late bookings will not receive store credit if the rental does not arrive in time for the event. A postal order is considered 'late' when your order is placed with only one working day between the date you book and your event date, and/or if your order is placed after 1pm on Wednesday for a weekend event.
Please specify if you need the garment before your event date, for example, if you are leaving your residential address before the event. This can be arranged by contacting us via email or Instagram to find a solution.
If the rental arrives after you have left your address but before your event and you have failed to disclose this information, no store credit or refunds will be offered.
Refunds will not be given if you fail to provide the correct postal address or select the incorrect shipping option. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is correct when placing an order. If the dress is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect shipping method or address provided by you, you will be liable to pay the full RRP replacement cost of the dress, or a replacement price deemed appropriate.
If you happen to lose the return bag, you must contact us immediately to arrange an alternative option. The rental must be posted with overnight courier, and the tracking number needs to be sent to us. You are liable to pay for any extra postage costs as a result of this.
You are required to drop the rental off at a post office counter before 12pm the following business day after your event. Please do not put it in a drop box, as this will delay the parcel. Failure to follow these return instructions will result in a late fee being issued daily.

We will provide you with tracking information via email when your order is sent out, 1-2 days before your booked rental date.

From you, back to us.
You will receive a return postage bag with every order that is pre-addressed and prepaid for your convenience. You will simply need to drop your rental inside this bag to your local post office by 12pm the following business day (Monday) after your booked rental date to avoid a late fee.
We ask that you please drop this off by counter delivery instead of an outdoor postal box to ensure it is collected properly. This includes avoiding all third-party postal services.
If the item is not scanned for and does not arrive to us on time, you will be liable for late fees and additional fees if required.

Pick up
If pickup was selected upon booking, your order can be collected from the address specified on your confirmation email.

Drop Off
The deadline for dropping off the garments is 8 PM on the following business day.

Late Fees
Failure to meet the deadlines states above will result in a late fee of $20 per day for each day the garments are not returned, unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon and confirmed.
We want to make sure that your rental experience is as smooth as possible, so please follow these instructions carefully to ensure that your rental is returned on time and in good condition.
